Fran's an accomplished chef who
gained much of her culinary experience working in
various hotels and restaurants in Spain and the Channel
Islands before setting sail with Steuart on their own
charter yacht in the Persian Gulf. Her cuisine reflects
their travels throughout the world and brings an
international flair to her menu. She specializes in beautifully presented, healthy meals.
Much of the menu depends on your personal preferences but
here is a selection of some of the wonderful and healthy meals
that Fran prepares for charters.
Breakfasts:
Every day starts with fresh-brewed tea &
coffee, juice, fresh fruits & a variety of toasts &
breads,
Cooked breakfasts include: Mexican scrambled eggs with
sausage;
Eggs Benedict;
Captains crepes with Maple Syrup and bacon; and
Eggs as you like them.
There's also a Continental breakfast
Lunches:
Lunches are served with a fresh salad and
home-baked bread and daily specials.
